If your answer is YES then I invite you to join the next cohort of my course:
‘Improve the experience of your service for your clients or patients and yourself.’

Challenges the course can help with
There are many challenges that service providers experience:
You might be finding it difficult to get enough people to use your service, or conversely you may be overwhelmed by demand.
People might be dropping out of your service sooner than expected
You might be finding it hard to get the specific clients you really want to work with, who will be the best fit with your particular approach to your service
Providing the service may be draining you instead of nourishing you - you might be experiencing compassion fatigue, burnout, stress, or neglecting your own health and wellbeing
There may be hidden issues you’re not able to act on until they’ve been made visible
Your service may be going really well, but you want to take it to another level or make changes to what you provide and how you provide it.
Whatever your challenge, this course gives you a space for structured exploration, where you can think about and experiment with approaches to developing and improving your service.
Course themes
Identifying your users and their needs, and how those needs might differ across different user groups
Approaches to research and other strategies to better understand your service users
Addressing your own needs and wellbeing as the service provider
Discovering challenges and opportunities for service improvement
Generating and testing new ideas for your service
Iteratively and sustainably delivering changes to your service
Make your service as fulfilling and joyful for you to provide as it is meaningful and transformative for your clients or patients to engage with.
Why learn with me?
I’m Eleanor and I bring a unique combination of skills and experience to service development. I’ve worked in multi-disciplinary service teams in big organisations like the NHS, and now it’s my mission to help smaller organisations and individual practitioners without big budgets to learn how to apply the principles of user-centred design and agile product and service delivery to their services.
As a trained mindfulness and compassion teacher, I’m aware of how important the wellbeing of service providers and practitioners is, and how this can sometimes be overlooked in the desire to serve others.
I have a PhD in Global Health which has given me insights into the systemic societal and environmental societal factors that influence how we provide and access services.
If you have any questions about the course or other opportunities to work with me please get in touch
